We review your information and follow up by email for any records or details needed to quote. Once we have what we need, we send your scope, fixed fee, and proposed timeline within 1–2 business days.
We Get to Work
After you approve the quote and payment is confirmed, we schedule your bookkeeping. Your completed financial reports will be available in your client portal, where you can also check your project status. For ongoing service, we update your books and prepare reports each month.

How much does law firm bookkeeping cost?
Your fixed fee depends on the work needed, the periods covered, the number of accounts, and transaction volume.
We review your records and confirm the scope and fee before work begins. If additional work is needed, we discuss the scope and fee with you before proceeding.
Can I start with monthly bookkeeping?
Yes. You can request monthly bookkeeping without booking a catch-up project first.
We review your current records and let you know if any earlier periods need attention before monthly work can begin.
Do you reconcile IOLTA and other trust accounts?
Yes, when included in your agreed scope.
We compare bank statements, trust accounting records, and individual client ledgers, investigate differences, and document corrections supported by your records. If information is missing, we explain what is needed.
Your firm remains responsible for trust-account compliance. We do not provide legal or compliance advice.
Will you move money from our accounts?
No. We record and reconcile transactions; we do not initiate transfers or take control of client funds.
Your firm retains control of its bank accounts and authorizes any movement of money.
Are payment plans available for catch-up projects?
For larger catch-up projects, we can discuss phased work and payments. Any agreed payment schedule is included in your quote before you decide to proceed.
Rush projects require full payment upfront.
What’s not included?
Our service covers bookkeeping and reconciliation.
We do not provide tax return filing, tax advice, payroll processing, payroll tax filing, audit services, IRS representation, sales tax services, or legal or compliance advice.
We can prepare bookkeeping records and financial reports within your agreed scope for you to share with your tax preparer or in response to a records request. We do not conduct audits, represent your firm in an audit, or advise on audit responses.
Getting Started & Timing
What happens after I request a quote?
Reply “YES” to the confirmation email to confirm your request.
We review your details and email you about any records needed, such as bank statements or trust ledgers.
Once we have what we need, we send the scope, fixed fee, and proposed timeline within 1–2 business days.
Replying “YES” does not commit you to a paid service. Work is scheduled after you approve the quote and payment is confirmed.
What software can you work with?
We work with QuickBooks Online and other supported cloud accounting tools, including Xero. We can also review practice-management exports, bank statements, and spreadsheets.
Tell us what you use, and we’ll confirm how we can work with your records before quoting.
We do not provide bookkeeping in QuickBooks Desktop.
How long will the work take?
For catch-up projects, standard timelines start at three weeks and depend on scope, available records, and our schedule.
If you have a deadline, include it in your request so we can confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.
For monthly bookkeeping, we agree on the start date and reporting schedule before work begins.
